Bath Hair

This picture was taken before I washed off his jellyfish

These pictures are from tonight's bath. I love bath pictures, I think they're adorable!

This was before he got his haircut, made for good spiky hair with the shampoo

Big cheesy grin

My goofy boy! :) Who couldn't love a face like that?!

Zoo Boo--10/18/09

We went to the 'Zoo Boo' at Pt. Defiance Zoo yesterday and it didn't rain on us at all. It was a Halloween event and all the kids dressed up in their costumes and they had scavenger hunts, treats, crafts, and face painting.

Daddy and 'Thomas'

Andrew loves to feed the goats

My cute little train conductor!

This goat looks like it's nibbling on his costume but it's really just the angle on the camera :)

"Cheese!"
(Andrew is very good at taking pictures)

And he LOVES to ride the carousel

Tiger naptime

Andrew and mommy and her big tummy!

(Not a good picture of me) but an excited little boy!

Andrew waiting patiently to get his cheeks painted

He was very good about holding still for her

And the finished product....a jellyfish

This pumpkin was in one of the fish tanks

A VERY tired Andrew before we went home

Washing the dogs and playing Nintendo Wii in his underwear

On Saturday we were supposed to go with Andrew's friend Ethan and his family to the Point Defiance Zoo for 'Zoo Boo' but it was raining monsoon style. So we went to their house for brunch and playing and Nintendo Wii Mario Kart.
That afternoon daddy and Andrew washed the dogs. We stripped Andrew down to his underwear to bathe the dogs so that he wouldn't get wet and dirty.

Scrubbing the dogs in his underwear

He helped wash Grover, he couldn't really help with Zoe, she's too crazy!

Well, he didn't want to get dressed so....

he played Wii Mario Kart in his underwear :)

He's getting pretty good at steering

Fun Pics

Andrew decided to make a chair sculpture:
It actually stayed up!

Andrew's new fireman jacket and boots arrived last week

He was very excited to get that package in the mail

The big brother and baby sister--10/10/09

After I got home from work I was relaxing on the couch and Andrew was 'snuggling' with his baby sister. How sweet!! :)

Climbing and the Park

Andrew has become our climbing boy!!! (As of October 1st) He has always been a lot more timid about physical things like climbing. At preschool the play outside on the big toy and he would have Miss Megan, his teacher, help him up. She told him "You know you can do it." And Andrew said, "No, I'll fall." She was helping one of the other kids and turned around and Andrew was standing next to her at the top. He was so excited and couldn't stop talking about how he'd gotten up there himself. So the next opportunity he got at church he showed us how he did it. Now he climbs EVERYTHING at the park!! He's climbing some really tall ladders.
We took him to the park on Sunday afternoon (10/4/09), and a lot of other days. I didn't get any pictures of him climbing but we also fed the ducks and he rode his bike.

Daddy and Andrew feeding the ducks

"Cheese!"

The ducks came REALLY close to us! They usually stay pretty far away.

Riding his bike back to the toys.

Daddy's 33rd Birthday

Happy 33rd Birthday Daddy!!!
To the best daddy in the whole world. Thank you for cooking all of our meals and doing fun things like making tents in the living room, going to the park and the zoo, making play-do creations, wrestling, and all sorts of fun things. And for waking up with Andrew every morning so mommy can sleep.

Septermber 29th was Matt's 33rd birthday, Andrew and I took him out to lunch at Azteca. But the night before we had pizza and pie at Muh and Grumpa's house.

Daddy and Andrew :)
Andrew did help daddy blow out the candles but I didn't get a picture of it.
Whenever Andrew is at their house he sits down on my mom's excercise bike and says "I'm excercising." :)
