If you ask Andrew, "Andrew are you a big boy?" he says 'baby.' I don't know who taught him that. Or maybe just because I have called him my baby, I don't know.
But we decided to have 'grumpa' bring over his big boy bed (it's been intheir garage). He was very excited about it. He liked that he could climb on and off of it. And he put a pillow on it and wanted his blanket and stuffed animals. He even got one of the phones and pretended to call his buddy Ethan and tell him about his bed and he wanted Ethan to jump on it with him. How sweet! We usually read stories on mommy and daddy's bed but he hopped up on his bed and we had stories there. He did still want mommy to rock him in the chair after stories, mommy doesn't mind that. :) So he is currently sleeping in it (next to his crib), we'll see how it goes.
*We told him that to sleep in his big boy bed the rule is that he doesn't get out of it unless mommy or daddy comes to get him. (mommy likes her sleep and does not like the idea of putting him back in bed several times)
Andrew loves storytime!!
He's pointing out the things in the pictures and he tells me what they are
He has learned a couple more funny things to say. Uncle Marc was staying with us for a few days and he and daddy had the t.v. on and there were several explosions and he says, 'Boom, Boom!!'
We also taught him to say 'Hulk Smash!' when he's wearing his Hulk t-shirt. Although it comes out more like Hulk Mash. :)
