I took vacation and we went to Spokane for 4th of July weekend to visit family and friends. We left Friday the 1st after Andrew's swimming lesson. It was a LONG trip with a lot of stops. He finally fell asleep at 7:30 after not taking a nap, but when we got there at 9:30 he woke up and didn't go back to sleep until 12:30!!!
On Friday we went to hang out with our friends Bryan and Suzy and their daughter Kelsey. We of course went to one of our favorite Spokane restaurants, Tomato Street. It's one of our traditions to go there with them when we're in town.
Then we went with Suzy and Kelsey to the Children's museum in downtown Spokane and the kids had a lot of fun! Afterwards the kids were supposed to take a nap at her house but they just talked in their rooms and never slept.
The sand and water table....a.k.a. the mud table :) Unfortunately Kelsey had that toy in front of her face.
Another water table (you could move those plastic pieces around to make the water flow different directions.)

Say Cheese!!
These pictures ended up small because she e-mailed them to me.
Andrew put on these cute fireman clothes and then started to take them off as soon as I tried to take a picture.

Construction worker AndrewThey had a digger that you could sit on and you could dig in a gravel pit and dump it out, it was pretty cool!
